Music fest maxes out all parking spaces... I am hoping the board will expand some spots so just for this event and open up some golf cart parking spots for the fire pit, there is no access to use it currently..

Looks like the solar panels and fence is up....

Finger's crossed... Would love a 8 person hot tub for these old bones.
