Please be aware that all rentals at Klondike MUST be for a minimum of 90 days in writing AND Board Notification is required by the owner prior to issuance of the lease. Fines will be assessed for all violations, per the Board.

Honestly we are new at this and I'm not sure of rates. My sons and grandkids live in connecticutbsocwecare looking to rent for a few months to get a feel 9f the place hopefully finding something in the next 3 years when my husband fully retires.

Music fest maxes out all parking spaces... I am hoping the board will expand some spots so just for this event and open up some golf cart parking spots for the fire pit, there is no access to use it currently..

Looks like the solar panels and fence is up....

Finger's crossed... Would love a 8 person hot tub for these old bones.
