Title: Bathouse Accessibility

Hello,
I was walking in village 2 yesterday and found that the bathhouse was locked.
This was around 10:30am.
Shouldn't the bathhouse be open all the time?

There is a leak in the water line and the bathhouse will be closed until it is fixed.
